Surface Water Charges Analysis for Asda Stores Ltd.

H2O Building Services were commissioned to audit the surface water charges levied by United Utilities on behalf of Asda Stores Ltd.

Having carried out a thorough audit of an initial selection of sites, H2O then made applications for reduced charges and a refund of over charges due to historical billing errors by the water companies concerned. Due to the success of H2O’s services and the significant benefits now recognised, Asda Stores have requested the extension of the project with the brief to include an audit of all sites where surface water charges have been levied by United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, South Staffordshire Water, Northumbrian Water and Yorkshire Water.
