Site & Billing Analysis for McDonalds’ Restaurants to reduce water bill

H2O Building Services were commissioned to do a water audit for McDonalds’ restaurants with their surface water charges levied by all water companies where the client had restaurants and help to reduce their water bill.

Having carried out a full inspection and some analysis of all sites, H2O co-ordinated a programme of application for reduced water bill charges and refunds based on over charges due to historical billing errors by each of the various water companies concerned. After we reduced the water bill the Savings and refunds to date have reached in excess of £80,000 with works continuing at this time.
