Water industry news – None residential customers in Dee Valley Water area can now switch water supplier.

Did you know from 1st July 2018 if you were a none residential Dee Valley Water customer in England you can now switch water supplier?

Why is this and what has happened? 

Dee Valley Water has come together with Severn Trent Water to form Hafren Dyfrdwy for sites within Wales and all sites within England that used to be billed by Dee Valley will now be billed by Water Plus.

Previously Dee Valley Water and Severn Trent Water regions 2017

The present new Hafren Dyfrdwy and Water Plus regions 2018.

This now means that any none residential customers who have switched water supplier in England and have proprieties and sites in the Dee Valley water regions as shown in the maps you can now switch water supplier for sites in these areas and tag onto your other sites water retail contract.
