What has been the effect of England’s water deregulation on small to medium businesses ?

Since water deregulation in England April 2017 there has been much talk and discussion about why many businesses have not participated in the water retail market which allows businesses and organisations to switch water supplier.

There will know doubt be many different reasons for businesses and organisations not to participate in the deregulated water market.
