Water bill validation scores a £13,000 water bill rebate for Housing Association Viridian

Viridian are an award winning provider of affordable housing, managing 16,000 homes and working with local authorises. Viridian appointed the Water Audit Experts H20 Building Services to provide a national water bill validation service which involves checking all sites water charges in order to identify any historical water company overcharges and to report back with potential water savings and water bill reduction recommendations.

To date total refunds due to water company overcharges £72,000 which include the latest £13,000 from Southern Water.

Water bill savings going forwards in excess of £17,000pa.

The Water Audit Experts at H20 have been providing the water bill validation service for 2 years now and Viridian have recently renewed the contract for a further 2 years.
