Industry leading water consultants H20 appoint local digital technology firm to design and implement a water project management system.

With water market deregulation now 1 year on, the demand for experienced water consultants from all areas of business is increasing substantially month on month.

With the water industry now deregulated enabling businesses and organisations to switch water supplier water, waste water and trade effluent bills are being placed firmly under the spotlight like never before.

The water retail market has not only kick started the water consultancy market direct from manufacturing, production, leisure and public sector but energy management firms are also offering added value services such as water consultancy services as there is now fierce competition in the gas and power sector, additional income streams are needed.

Water industry expert Graham Mann who heads up H20 Building Services recognises the success of the business is measured by its ability to adapt to changes in the water market, taking full advantage of the opportunities on offer.

Certainly the ability to provide services to customers in a time efficient and cost effective way maximises the customers return on investment (ROI) and ensures the maximum savings are achieved.

With the full support of his team Graham carried out a detailed study of the existing work flow management system and concluded that production could be increased by at least 50 per cent by investing in a new project management system and dedicated database to enable the team to manage all contacts and projects and capture every inquiry.

Maximising the efficiency from initial contact, project process and through to final completion of all projects.

H20 contacted a local digital technology firm 6bdigital and asked them to come in and pitch for the project.

The presentation was outstanding and 2 weeks later the project specification was agreed and the system will be installed within the next few weeks just in time for the water consultants recruitment drive !
