Having been unhappy with their previous water consultants HC One appointed us 7 years ago – project ongoing . We provide a comprehensive water bill validation and bureau service, incorporating a proactive water cost reduction programme and water auditing of historical water bills levied over the last 6 years. During this time the water audit team have identified savings and refunds in excess of £100,000.

It is because of the truly outstanding success of the project that H20 can announce that HC-One has once again renewed the water bill validation and bureau service contract.

We have been able to switch all of their portfolio in England and Scotland which gives them an annual saving of £410,000, this also reduces all of their internal admin costs and charges as they are on consolidated billing.
