Water audit services identifies a staggering water company overcharge of £116,000.

Water audit services were completed by H20 for a large engineering company in Wolverhampton, taking particular attention to the surface water band charges at £47,000 per year, a charge levied for the collection, treatment and disposal of rainwater for the site based on site area.

After several site visits the application was approved reducing the surface water charges from £47,000 per year to £26,000 per year, saving £21,000 per year and a refund of £116,000. Although it appears there is potential for at least another £100,000 refund!
