Why should my company use the water consultancy services of H²O Building Services.

A claim was submitted to the water company for a leakage refund, the water companies reply “we will not therefore be amending the allowance granted” and only £ 4,900 was applied to our clients account.

The case was passed to our Senior Water Consultant within H²O Building Services for review and an appeal was submitted to the water company, and a 5 week period of negotiations began.

The settlement figure has now been agreed of £ 36,000 and the balance on the account was paid giving the client a refund cheque of £30,669.
