The public sector deserve more, much more, and if it wasn’t for the fact of the numbers involved I would not have published this.

If we were given the opportunity of putting together a team of proven time served “Water Audit Experts”  drawn from various specialist firms across the UK and applied our combined knowledge and expertise to the public sector in Scotland and England the results we would achieve would surpass the appointed water supplier of choice in Scotland as they would be commercially selective in their approach to reducing the water charges as any reductions will of course impact on their income so to bundle procurement without a focused cost reduction project carried out by “Water Audit Experts” will not produce maximum results as shown over the last 5 years.
