“The water audit expert” team at H20 save a staggering £480,000 on water and waste water procurement across three client portfolios.

This week we are delighted to report “The water audit expert” team at H20 Building Services have completed final negotiations on water procurement with water retailers across three client portfolios in Scotland and England in the Hotel and Automobile sectors.

The water and waste water procurement consisting of switching water suppliers across the English water sites and renegotiation of the existing Scottish water portfolios. We achieved an eye watering saving of £480,000 up until the regulator OFWAT review. The clients are delighted as they should be !

In addition to switching water suppliers and procuring water services for the next few years, we also have renewed a 2 year water and waste water bill validation and bureau service which is our comprehensive complete water management programme which incorporates monitoring and targeting on a continual basis of cost reduction, and to ensure accurate data is recorded and bills levied are correct.
